Candace strikes gold!

Guess what today is? Christ­mas you say? Well, yeah, but there is some­thing else. Let me give you a hint — today is the 25th of Decem­ber, 2008. Still no luck? For those of you who know Can­dace you might remem­ber that it is her 25th Birth­day. Yes, she is 25 years old on the 25th of Decem­ber. As if it hasn’t been spe­cial for the last 25 years to cel­e­brate her Birth­day the same day as Christ­mas, this year is extra spe­cial. I have just recently learned that the anniver­sary of the day of a person’s birth is called Golden Birth­day. So need­less to say today is a big deal for my sweet “sunshine”.

Most of the posts you read on our blog are writ­ten by Can­dace. She is a tal­ented sto­ry­teller, so I am not even going to com­pete. But i wanted to let you all know why Can­dace is so spe­cial to me and why I am the luck­i­est guy in the world. I have put a list of 25 things that I love about her. Hope­fully this will give you a glimpse into what makes Can­dace who she is.

6. Exag­ger­ated sto­ry­telling (really?)

10. Com­pas­sion for less for­tu­nate

12. Hot body (this can break down into 25 other descriptions…maybe another time)

15. Tini­est ears in the world (please help me find her a head­set that doesn’t fall out)
16. Roman­tic atti­tude (I get sur­prises from her all the time)
17. Great sense of style (she makes me look good)
